Who We Are
LWWC! is a network team of independent brokers located in different regions who each specialize in various key accounts. We come together as a fractional sales team to represent emerging brands and support participating master brokers. We partner with brands, manufacturers and brokers to identify key account fits, assemble a team of brokers and execute a sales plan. LWWC! provides a single point of contact for brokerage agreements, broker team management, invoicing and remittance settlement.

Start A Conversation
Please tell us a little about your company, products and sales goals by completing our Market Readiness Questionnaire (MRQ). This provides us with a general sense of where (or if) we can best align with our broker network. The MRQ creates a basic client profile for you in our CRM and allows us to present the opportunity to our broker-partners. LWWC! brokers have decades of experience and close interpersonal relationships, which provides great teamwork and shared-learnings.
Pre-discovery
- Client or Master broker submits Market Readiness Questionnaire.
- Initial conversations, mutual evaluation and expectation-setting.
- Broker Team introduction call and sample assessment period.
- Identify key accounts.
Discovery
- Brokerage Agreement signed.
- Post client profile to Broker Deal Board in CRM.
- Co-create broker sales plan which assigns key accounts, identifies submission dates and prepares client submission.
- Client profile loaded into CRM.
- Gain clarity/understanding into the “selling proposition” of the client’s offering and role in the category.
- Assemble required sales materials necessary to make submissions.
(Sell Sheet, 1-Pager, 7-10 page Pitch Deck, Full Company Presentation, New Item Forms, Promotion plan, etc.)
Submission Period
- Broker submits requests for category reviews with the buyers.
- Client is copied or bcc’d on all buyer communication.
- By working with us, you will gain knowledge and understanding about each key account and develop relationships with the buyers.
Customer Development
- Once established on shelf, broker maintains customer relationship and works with client and customer to grow profitable sales and new item introductions.
- Promotional planning and optimization.
- Problem solving in distribution to prevent costly errors.
